Who We Are.

OUR GUIDING PRINCIPLES

Diversity

We encourage diversity through the identification and removal of barriers and biases and the creation of safe environments

Solidarity

We recognize that the principle of solidarity is at the heart of social change.

intersectionality

We recognize the need for intersectional approaches to all of our programming, and will actively continue to consult and work on how to best forward this approach.

Accessibility

We seek pro-actively to reduce as many barriers as possible while creating efficient and transparent processes for individuals to gain the accommodations they require and are entitled to by law.

Our Mission.

creating content that highlights the experiences of BIPOC.

We  elevate BIPOC voices to breakdown racial inequality!

One of the darkest legacies of racism today is the near-complete removal of black voices from issues of consequence. Only when we stop and listen, when people are heard, do we begin to break down the barriers of inequality and truly work towards a world where racism does not exist.
